Model United Nations Camp
This fun and engaging week-long summer camp introduces Model UN to students in grades 5-9.
We will cover all the Model UN basics and build critical life skills, including public speaking, research, paper writing, and creative problem-solving. The camp ends with a real mini-conference simulation for students to put into action everything that they’ve learned.
This is an interactive opportunity for students to learn more about global affairs, collaborate to create solutions on key issues, and practice public speaking in a learning environment while simulating the United Nations
NOTE:
Students should bring laptops if possible, but they are not required. A limited amount of laptops will be available to check out with a library card. Participants are also expected to attend all or most of the camp sessions to ensure the best experience for everyone.
