Fun with Physics - FORCE (Grades 3-6)

Youth in grades 3 to 6 are welcome to join us for an exciting event all about the wonders of physics and force. Understand what force is by pushing/pulling the tables/chairs/balls. Feel what is an action force & a reaction force. Have fun with Newton’s Third Law of Motion by simply exchanging high-fives in different ways. Get ready to dive into hands-on activities, experiments, and demonstrations that will spark your curiosity and amaze you! Whether you’re a science enthusiast or just looking for a fun time. Dr. Gunjan got hooked to Physics at age 9 in a Science Fair presented by the middle school graders. After that Physics was dearest to her of all subjects and she continued non-stop to complete her PhD in Physics from Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, India. Since then she has taught at San Jose State University, De Anza college, West Valley College, Shalem High school in addition to conducting workshops with pre-K to 8th grade students.
