The Adventures of Sherlock Holmes Reading Program
This program is designed to foster an appreciation for reading among children by studying selected works by Arthur Conan Doyle and featuring the famous, classic literary character: Sherlock Holmes. Participants will read a copy of one of Holmes’ adventures and engage in a craft activity. Through the reading and activities, they will learn about inference and prediction, cause and effect, foreshadowing, among other literary elements. Recommended for Ages 5-10. Free.
